The nitrogen booster filling pump station is a mobile and self-contained nitrogen compression pressurization system. It can suction the low-pressure nitrogen from gas cylinders or nitrogen generators, and then pressurize nitrogen to 960 Bar maximum after compression. Therefore, the nitrogen booster filling pump station is suitable for charging accumulators and nitrogen gas springs, tire inflation, valves calibration, pipeline flushing, pressure calibration and charging high-pressure vessels, etc.
The high pressure nitrogen pump station takes 3-8 Bar compressed air or compressed nitrogen as driving force, no flame and no sparks risk. Thus, it is safely used in explosion-proof areas such as laboratories, factories, gas plants, airports, gas & oil fields.
Just need to preset a desired pressure by adjusting the air regulator, the nitrogen booster pump station will compress nitrogen gas continuously and then output high pressure pressurized nitrogen gas. And it will automatically stop and stand by after reaching the preset pressure.
In order to facilitate you to compress nitrogen and then charge the pressurized nitrogen into nitrogen gas springs, nitrogen shock absorbers, gas cylinders or bladder accumulators, we created the nitrogen compression filling unit.
