The oxygen booster is a high pressure oxygen pump. It takes compessed air as its driving power, requires no electricity, thus eliminating the risk of oxygen being ignited by electric sparks. Its inherent explosion-proof advantage enables it to safely compress oxygen up to 350bar, thus suitable for transfer and refilling oxygen.In response to the flammable characteristics of oxygen gas, we have carried out oil-free compression, grease-free and anti-explosion modifications for the oxygen gas booster.
1. All parts that come into contact with oxygen are made of 316L stainless-steel, thus ensuring excellent oxidation resistance.
2. Adopt anti-oxidation seals to ensure the longer service life of oxygen boosters.
3. Use oil-free compression, and all components are degreased and assembled in a dust-free workshop.
Oxygen gas booster discharge pressure is always proportional to the driving air pressure. If adjust the air supply pressure, oxygen discharge pressure will change accordingly. Therefore, You only need to connect an oxygen source and an oxygen cylinder to O2 booster, and add an air regulator and a pressure gauge, a basic oxygen filling system is ready.
To make oxygen filling easier for users, we created oxygen cylinder refilling machine, available in both manual and automatic modes. You simply set an oxygen filling pressure on the machine, and it will automatically fill oxygen into your tank, it will stop filling automatically when your preset pressure is reached to prevent overpressure.
To facilitate users to massively compress oxygen gas, we built the oxygen compressor based on oxygen boosters. You only need to set an oxygen discharge pressure on the operation panel, the O2 compressor will automatically compress oxygen and output high-pressure oxygen flow. And it will automatically start-stop at your set pressure to avoid overpressure.
