The ozone generator pressure booster pump can increase the pressure of ozone produced by ozone generators. Ozone is an extremely strong oxidant, disinfectant and bactericide, and it is widely used in disinfection, decolorization, deodorization, and decomposition of toxic chemicals. However, the instability of ozone makes it difficult to store in gas cylinders. Therefore, ozone can only be produced on-site using an ozone generator and used as it is produced. Generally speaking, the outlet pressure of the ozone generator is around 1bar to 5bar. However, for certain applications, such as in the medical and health fields, ozone is usually used for disinfection and sterilization, so higher pressure ozone is required to facilitate rapid penetration and diffusion of ozone, thereby improving the disinfection effect. For this reason, we have developed the ozone booster, which can pressurize low-pressure ozone up to maximum 20bar.


In response to the strong oxidizing property of ozone, we have adopted following measures for the ozone booster pump.
1. The high-pressure cylinder of ozone booster is made of 316L stainless-steel, which has excellent oxidation resistance.
2. Adopting anti-oxidation seals ensures the longer service life of the ozone pressure booster.
3. Use oil-free compression, and all components are degreased.
4. An isolation section is added between the driving cylinder and the high-pressure cylinder to prevent ozone leaking.
Just need to connect the ozone booster to workshop air supply, and set an ozone outlet pressure by adjusting the air regulator, the ozone booster will suction low-pressure ozone and then output higher-pressure ozone after compression. And it will stop automatically when reaching your preset pressure, thus preventing overpressure.





To facilitate users operation, we built the ozone compressor. It integrates ozone booster pump, air regulator, pressure gauges, control valves and thread fittings into stainless-steel skid, thus easy to move and operate. All parts that come into contact with ozone are made of 316L stainless steel, which effectively resists the strong oxidizing properties of ozone. Only need to adjust the air regulator and observe pressure gauges on the operation panel, you can easily adjust ozone discharge pressure.
