The dual mode hydraulic and pneumatic high pressure test bench is the two-in-one multifunctional pressure test machine with PLC or computer automatic control. That is to say, the dual-mode pressure test bench is both a hydrostatic test machine and a pneumatic test machine. Thereby, it can perform both hydrostatic pressure test and gas pressure test.
Specifically, the dual mode high pressure test bench is equipped with an air powered hydraulic pump, a gas booster pump, two separate high-pressure outlets and automated control kits. In addition, the dual-mode pressure tester also has built-in test program, and you can easily switch between hydraulic pressure test and gas pressure test with one click through the built-in computer or touch screen.
In the hydraulic test mode, the built-in hydraulic pump will generate hydraulic flow of 4080 Bar maximum, and then deliver it into the testing object for hydrostatic test. In the pneumatic test mode, the built-in gas booster will pressurize air or gas to your required pressure, and then inject it into the testing object for gas pressure test. Just need to preset test parameters in the built-in test program, the high pressure test bench will automatically execute test process and then determine and display the test results.

One Click Switch between Hydrostatic Test and Pneumatic Test

This dual mode pressure test bench can perform both hydraulic test and pneumatic test by one click switch. The hydraulic or hydrostatic test is to inject water or oil with the required pressure into the testing object to simulate a high-pressure environment, thereby verifying structural integrity and tightness performance. The pneumatic test is gas pressure test actually. And it helps you assess the tightness and even structural integrity of sealed components and pressure vessels. Specifically, it injects gas of a given pressure into the sealed component to simulate a high-pressure environment, thereby performing leak detection, pressure resistance test or gas burst test.
