The pressure safety valve test calibrate bench is an offline safety valve testing equipment automatically controlled by computer. The PSV test bench can carry out both pneumatic test and hydraulic test, so as to verify and calibrate the setting pressure, reseating pressure, tightness for diverse safety valves. The safety valve test bench comes with double hydraulic clamping jigs that can clamp safety valves firmly during valve testing. In addition, the safety valve test machine is equipped with multiple sealing disks and adaptors for you easily sealing and fixing flanged PSV or threaded PSV on the hydraulic clamp. Moreover, the inbuilt test program software makes it easy to set test parameters, display test data and test results. We supply automatic and manual safety valve test bench for your choice. If your budget is tight, you could choose use our Portable safety valve test bench or Gas booster power package, both of which are manual operation and much cheaper, but also applicable to PSV popping test, reseating test and sealing test.
PSV test bench consists of power console and hydraulic clamp, both of which are connected with hoses and cables to form an offline safety valve testing system. The power console integrates pressure gauges, control valves, gas booster, hydraulic pump station, computer, electronic control unit, test program and data acquisition system.
The hydraulic clamp can fix safety valves tightly, and it is controlled by computer automatically. Just need to click the button, the safety valve will be clamped automatically. Multiple sealing disks and threaded adapters come with the hydraulic clamp, making it is compatible with flange type PSV and thread type PSV ranging from DN15 to DN400.
