Automatic Freon Refrigerant Booster Pumping Station

The automatic refrigerant booster pumping station is an automated high-pressure refrigerant transfer supply unit.
For refrigeration equipment production lines and refrigerant centralized feeding supply system, the refrigerant storage tank is usually placed in a ventilated place outdoors for safety reasons. Therefore, it is necessary to use pipelines to transfer and deliver refrigerant from the storage tank to the work site or application terminal. If the transportation distance is too far, the refrigerant charging machine cannot suction refrigerant due to insufficient pressure. In order to solve the problem of insufficient pressure during long-distance refrigerant transportation, we have developed the automatic refrigerant booster pumping station. And it integrates four functions of boosting refrigerant, refrigerant leak detection and delivery refrigerant. Specifically as follows.
1. There is a refrigerant booster pump built in the machine, which can compress and pressurize refrigerant to 48 Bar maximum.
2. The machine comes with digital pressure control module, refrigerant leak detector and alarm.
The refrigerant booster station will automatically start to replenish pressure when refrigerant supply system pressure is insufficient. And when the machine detects an abnormal refrigerant concentration in the surrounding environment, it will automatically shut down and alarm.
In addition, the refrigerant pressurization pumping station can not only pressurize and transport refrigerant, but is also suitable to charge refrigerant and reclaim the residual liquid refrigerant and refrigerant vapor.

Refrigerant Pumping Station Applications

  1. Replenish pressure for refrigerant centralized feeding system and refrigerant filling machines.
  2. Unload refrigerant from ISO tanks, ton tanks or storage tanks.
  3. Deliver refrigerant from tank to site over long distance.
  4. Transfer and charge refrigerants from large tanks to small tanks.
  5. Reclaim residual liquid and vapor refrigerant from tanks or pipelines.

Refrigerant Booster Pumping Station Operating Principle

The refrigerant booster pumping machine utilizes pressure differential to deliver refrigerant. Just need to preset a pressure range on digital pressure controller, the machine will achieve automatic start and stop. Specifically, when reaching preset upper limit pressure, the machine will automatically stop pumping refrigerant. And when the outlet pressure drops to the preset lower limit pressure, the machine will start automatically to pump refrigerant. If the refrigerant detector detects any leakage, the machine will stop immediately and flash alarm.

Manual Refrigerant Charging and Recovery Unit

This is a manual and low-cost refrigerant filling recycling station. It consists of the air driven refrigerant booster pump and control kit. Just by manually operating the control kit, the refrigerant recovery filling unit can pressurize, transport and charge refrigerant. And it is also suitable to reclaim the residual liquid refrigerant and refrigerant remaining in pipes and storage tanks.

Unattended Refrigerant Pumping Machine

This unattended refrigerant pumping machine can pump and transfer refrigerant automatically over long distances. And it comes with two digital pressure controllers. One is used to monitor refrigerant discharge pressure. When reaching your preset upper limit pressure, the machine will automatically stop and stand by. And the other digital pressure controller is used for monitoring refrigerant suction pressure. When the pressure of source refrigerant tank is lower than your preset pressure, the machine will automatically stop pumping refrigerant, thus avoiding the situation where the refrigerant source tank is exhausted but the machine is idling.
