Portable Manual PRV Pressure Relief Valve Tester

The portable pressure relief valve tester is a manual safety valve test calibration bench. The PRV tester uses air, nitrogen or water as the testing medium to carry out relief valve popping test and reseating test and sealing test no matter of treaded relief valves or flanged relief valves.
The PRV tester has compact design, making it easy to bring to the field or outdoors to test and calibrate safety relief valve conveniently. In other words, you only need to remove the relief valve from the pipeline or equipment without bringing it back to the laboratory, and you can use this portable relief valve tester to perform relief valve testing and calibration on filed. Coming with a hydraulic clamp, diverse sealing disks and adapters, the relief valve test rig is compatible with flanged relief valves and threaded relief valves ranging from DN15 to DN300, and can output hydraulic clamping force of 20 Tons maximum, which ensures fixing relief valve firmly during testing.

The pressure relief valve tester is a portable safety relief valve test equipment with manual operation. And it consists of power console and hydraulic clamp, both of which are connected by a hydraulic hose. There are three kinds of testing methods. The first method is using compressed air as the testing medium which comes from an air compressor. And the second method is to use nitrogen gas as the test medium which comes from a 15MPa or 20MPa nitrogen cylinder normally. The last method uses clean water as the testing medium.
