And it will generate a pressure curve and a test report. Valve Testing Bench Structure

The valve test bench consists of a power console and a clamping unit. The former integrates hydraulic pump or gas booster, computer, data acquisition card, pressure transmitter and other components to realize automation, thus output high pressure and valve clamping force for valve pressure testing. The clamping unit is used to clamp your valve firmly and seal the valve inlet and outlet to prevent pressure leaking during testing.

How to Preform Valve Strength Test and Valve Sealing Test

Valve pressure testing includes two types: valve body strength test and valve seat sealing test. Valve strength test aims to verify valve’s pressure resistance under high pressure. It typically uses water as the medium and the testing pressure is 1.5 times your valve’s nominal pressure. Valve sealing test is to assess leakage at the valve seat.The testing pressure is typically 1.1 times your valve’s nominal pressure, and the medium can be water, air or nitrogen. The valve’s sealing performance can be determined by pressure drop method or bubbling method. Our automatic valve test bench is easy to operate. First, use the included clamping unit to clamp your valve firmly. Then, input serval test parameters in computer, and the machine will automatically perform valve strength test and sealing test. And it will automatically determine the test results and generate a test report.
