Compressed Air Pressure Amplifier Operating Principle
The compressed air pressure amplifier, also known as air pressure booster or air supercharger, can amplify the pressure of plant air, workshop air and air compressors through self-pressurization. It uses the low air pressure on the large piston to generate high air pressure on the small piston to achieve increasing air pressure. Specifically, the air pressure booster consists of two sections: the driving cylinder with a large piston inside and the high-pressure cylinder with a small piston inside. And the two pistons are connected by a shaft. When the compressed air enters the air booster pump, part of it enters the driving cylinder to push the large piston to reciprocate, and the remaining air enters the high-pressure cylinder to wait for compression. When the large piston reciprocates, the small piston also reciprocates synchronously. So the air in the high-pressure cylinder is continuously compressed, and the air pressure becomes higher and higher until it is discharged.
Air pressure amplifiers have wide applications in many fields. In addition to serve as workshop air pressure amplifiers and air compressor pressure amplifiers, they can also serve as plastic injection machine hot runner pressure amplifiers and dispensing machine pressure amplifiers.

Air Pressure Amplifier System
In order to meet users dual demands on air pressure and flow, we provide multiple models of air superchargers for users to choose from. In addition, we supply the air pressure amplifier system. It integrates air booster pump, FRL unit, pressure gauges, control valves, pressure reducing valve, relief valve and air storage tank. Therefore, the air pressure booster unit is ready to use and capable of output stable compressed air of 800 Bar maximum. After oil-free compression treatment, the Air amplifier system can serve as a compressed air charging unit, which can amplify pure compressed air to 200 bar and then fill it into SCBA diving cylinders and scuba cylinders.
