Liquefied Gas Pump Operation Principle
The liquefied gas pump, its other name is liquid gas pump. As we all know, liquefied gases are prone to vaporize due to temperature or pressure variation during transportation and store. The liquefied gas booster pump ensures liquid gases remaining in liquid phase and preventing any undesired gas-liquid phase transition by pressurizing, thereby achieving transfer and charging liquid gases. Powered by compressed air, the liquid gas pump is suitable to transfer, fill and recover carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, LPG, butane, propane, DME, Freon, refrigerant, Clean agent FM-200, HFC-227e and NOVEC 1230. The liquefied gas pump discharge pressure is proportional to drive air pressure. Thereby, the discharge pressure can be preset and adjusted by controlling the drive air pressure. Just need to add an air regulator and outlet pressure gauge on the liquid gas pump, a basic liquid gas transfer and filling circuit is ready.

Liquefied Gas Pump Features
- With self-priming ability to handle liquid gas and vapor
- Pneumatic drive & oil-free compression ensures explosion proof
- Automatic stop and standby at any preset pressure
- Equipped with stainless steel wetted parts & modified sealing rings
- Double acting design ensures the pump operating smoothly to prevent undesired gas-liquid phase transition
Liquid Gas Pump Applications
- Replenish pressure to avoid vaporization during liquefied gas transfer.
- Compress liquid gas and fill it into containers such as LPG, Butane, Propane, DME, Liquid CO2, Liquid N2O, SF6, Freon, refrigerant, LNG.
- Refill clean agent FM-200, NOVEC 1230 for fire suppression system.
- Charge liquid carbon dioxide into CO2 fire extinguishers.
- Recover residual liquid gas and vapors from large tanks.

Butane Propane LPG Transfer Filling Pump
It is suitable to transfer and charge low-pressure liquefied gases in explosion proof area such as liquefied petroleum gas, DME, butane and propane.
- Max discharge pressure: 32 Bar
- Thread fitting type: BSPT or NPT
Air Operated Refrigerant Pump
The air driven refrigerant pump is dual-purpose pump for recovery, transfer and charging liquid refrigerant and vapor refrigerant.
- Max discharge pressure: 40 Bar
- Thread fitting type: BSPT or NPT
Liquid Carbon Dioxide Booster Pump
The liquid CO2 booster pump is designed to transfer and fill cryogenic liquefied carbon dioxide that comes from cryogenic tanks. It ensures that CO2 always remains in liquid phase through pressurization.
- Max discharge pressure: 800 Bar
- Thread fitting type: BSPT or NPT
Multiphase Carbon Dioxide Booster Pump
The multiphase CO2 booster pump can handle both CO2 gas and liquid CO2, and output high-pressure liquefied CO2 by compression. So it is more suitable for transfer and charging CO2 from steel cylinders.
- Max discharge pressure: 800 Bar
- Thread fitting type: BSPT or NPT
Liquefied Nitrous Oxide Booster Pump
The cryogenic liquid N2O booster pump can transfer and charge cryogenic liquefied nitrous oxide from Dewar tanks, cryogenic tanks or ISO tanks. And it ensures nitrous oxide always remaining in liquid phase by pressurization.
- Max discharge pressure: 128 Bar
- Thread fitting type: BSPT or NPT
